Dr. Alfin Hikmaturokhman., S.T., M.T is an experienced expert and lecturer in the field of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications. With a strong educational background, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in 2002, pursued a Master’s degree in the same field from Telkom University in 2011, and completed his Doctorate in Electrical Engineering at the University of Indonesia in 2022.

Work Experiences
Dr. Alfin has dedicated himself as a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Telkom University Purwokerto. Additionally, he is active as speakers and trainers in the telecommunications industries, particularly in the cellular field, and serves as a competency certification assessor and ISO Auditor.
As a Consultant at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kementrian Kominfo), Dr. Alfin is involved in various projects and research that support telecommunications policies and regulations in Indonesia.
